How To Activate Old Verizon Flip Phone

Activate old Verizon flip phone (non LTE)
I have 2 sometime Verizon flip phones that turn on and work fine. Withal I accept pictures on them I need to pull off. I went to the Verizon store and they are unable to activate anything without a SIM carte du jour since August...wondering if a prepaid carrier would do it since the switchover isn't until end of yr.
Thoughts?
Thanks!
- Why non copy pictures using a figurer or Bluetooth? Or microsd if the phone has a slot

Have you tried hooking it up to a computer via a USB cablevision?
- Connect the device to a calculator using the supplied USB cable.
- From the telephone, ensure USB Mass Storage Style is enabled.
- From the main screen, navigate: Menu > Settings & Tools > Tools.
- Note Apply the v-fashion navigation pad to highlight and the OK button to select.
- Select USB Mass Storage.
- From the computer, launch File Explorer, Windows Explorer, or Finder.
- From File Explorer, Windows Explorer, or Finder on the computer, create a new folder in the desired location.
- Use the computer to copy picture/video files into the newly created folder.

I telephone does have Bluetooth merely non sure if pics volition transfer. Volition try that. Neither has a card slot. Samsung SCH-A850 and -A870.
- Neither has a "supplied" usb cable only I do believe they did exist at one time as they are on eBay for around cheap. Not sure withal if drivers exist. It would be a ton easier to activate and bulletin the pictures. I practise have some data recovery companies looking into information technology.

- You guys nailed information technology, activated and pictures sent. They fifty-fifty transferred my other device over after I pulled the pics off 1 so I but had to activate one line. Did it through Verizon prepaid so I'm sure I paid an arm and a leg compared to PP but I got them...$32...

The pics were of our dog when we got her at the pound in 2004 and the year afterward...she died a few days ago...fifteen years one-time. Nice to have those first pictures.
Thank you guys seriously means a lot to us!

Nice! A good event. Who knew VZW could be the adept guy?

Good to hear Page Plus came through!
I would suggest pursuing the Bluetooth transfer anyway as MMS may accept compressed the image and BT should transport the whole file as saved from camera. Pairing tin can be a slow and trial and error process. Try setting the receiver into pairing mode and sending without pairing if pairing is giving issues. Reboot oft.
Very distressing for your loss. Glad you got the pics even if lower res.
- No kidding!
