How Do I Connect My Kyocera Phone To My Computer?

I used to see my kyocera on my computer, but later on some windows updates I can no longer see information technology to move files from my estimator to my memory menu on my telephone.

Attempt going into "Control Panel" and then "Auto Play". Scroll through the list of devices, while your phone is continued to the figurer via USB of course, and brand sure it is set to the correct option. Were information technology me, I would set it to 'always enquire' when the device is continued that way you can choose what yous want it to practice. Or, should you prefer something else, cull that.
I would also expect at the phone to make certain there has been nothing changed in its settings to prevent the computer from seeing it.
